ADVANCED AI SPEED TEST

See what slows
your internet.

One free scan runs six browser-based diagnostics, then SOUR-X turns the measurements into a clear action plan.

THE SIX-POINT SCAN

One test. Six useful
network signals.

The scan checks throughput, responsiveness, stability, web response, loaded latency and the limited capability hints exposed by your browser. Every measurement appears in the final report.

01

Speed throughput

Measure real browser download and upload throughput using temporary test data.

02

Latency and jitter

See response time and its variation, the numbers that shape calls, gaming and live work.

03

Packet stability

Send a series of small requests to estimate whether your browser is seeing failed packets.

04

Web response

Measure the first web-request response honestly, without claiming browser access to raw DNS timing.

05

Latency under load

Compare normal response time with a busy connection to estimate bufferbloat and queue delay.

06

Device capability

Read only the network hints your browser exposes and include them in the final diagnosis.

SOUR-X NETWORK INTELLIGENCE

Six signals become
one clear answer.

SOUR-X compares every measurement with practical requirements for streaming, gaming, calls, uploads and shared networks. It identifies the most likely bottleneck, gives your connection a score and recommends the next actions in plain language.

  • Understand what your connection can handle
  • Separate speed, stability and loaded-latency problems
  • Keep up to eight past results on this device

WHAT A BROWSER CAN AND CANNOT SEE

This test measures the path from this browser to our service. It cannot read your router's radio strength, ISP plan, raw DNS resolver timing or true network-layer packet loss. Packet failure, web response and device data are therefore clearly labelled as browser-based estimates.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you test.

For the cleanest result, pause large downloads and test once near your router, then again where you normally use the internet.

What is a good internet speed?+

For one person, 25 Mbps download is comfortable for HD streaming and everyday work. 100 Mbps or more gives a household more room for 4K video, calls and multiple devices.

Why do Wi-Fi results change?+

Distance from the router, walls, radio interference, busy devices, the selected Wi-Fi band and network congestion can all change a result from one test to the next.

Is this result the same as my internet plan?+

Not always. A browser test measures the path from this device to our test service at that moment. Your plan is the maximum service tier advertised by your provider.

Does the test use data?+

Yes. Download and upload measurements transfer temporary test data. The amount varies with your connection and is usually modest, but mobile-data users should keep this in mind.
